This series of explosion proof vacuum cleaner is electric, which is suitable for collecting explosive dust in Zone I & Zong 2 area of explosive gas environment and Zone 21 & Zone 22 area of explosive dust environment. For example aluminum powder, magnesium powder;gunpowder and so on.lt is widely used for aviation, aerospace, military; machinery processing, 3D metal printing and other industrial. It is used for heavy industry environment for a long time continuous operation.

The water bath (immersion) type explosion-proof vacuum cleaner adopts a patented structure technology, so that the recovered high-risk dust is fully neutralized with the liquid in the recycling bucket, so that the dust is not prone to high temperature, combustion or explosion. The liquid that neutralizes the dust should be selected according to the characteristics of the inhaled dust. Commonly used liquids such as water, paraffin oil, mineral oil, etc. The principle of neutralizing liquid selection is not to allow the chemical reaction of dust and liquid to produce flammable gas, high temperature, fire and other dangerous phenomena.
