INTRODUCTION

TDC8/12/16 is a filter cartridge dust collector with integrated submerged flow design.Built-in efficient blower.The cartridge is installed horizontally.It can be widely used in machinery manufacturing,food and medicine,electronic energy,aerospace and other fields of different dust treatment.

Cartridge material diversification, provide nano fiber cartridge,PTFE coated cartridge,antistatic cartridge and other options. According to the application process and the change of dust type configuration of different material cartridge.Horizontally mounted cartridge makes maintenance and replacement easy and quick.There is no need to enter the dust chamber to reduce dust spillover and the contact between maintenance personnel and dust.

Manufactured with standardized module structure,it can adapt to a variety of air volume range.It can also combine multiple modules according to user requirements to meet the demand of larger air volume.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

■ After the industrial fume enters the filter chamber, the dust particles are intercepted on the surface of the filter cylinder, and the clean gas enters the inner cavity of the filter cylinder through the filter material, and is discharged into the room through the clean gas chamber and the blower.

■ With the accumulation of dust particles on the surface of the filter material, the pressure difference on both sides of the filter material increases accordingly. The automatic pulse blowing system can automatically open the compressed air to clean the filter cartridge one by one when the pressure difference is set to the high limit, and stop the back blowing when the pressure difference is reduced to the low limit. This process continuously circulates to realize the self-cleaning of the filter cartridge.

■ The dust blown down falls into the dust collecting bucket at the bottom of the dust bucket for regular dumping.
