INTRODUCTION

TDC series cartridge dust collector is specially designed for multiples of explosive dust hazardous areas, can be used for variety of explosive dust collection and filtration.

Overhead explosion-proof blower module, integrated structure, convenient and fast installation.

Equipped with antistatic filter cartridge, whole machine is bonded with grounding advice, to ensure whole machine reliable grounding and safety.

Explosion-proof electric control box integrated multi-function control system, including blower control and protection, automatic pulse cleaning control, magnehelic or regular cleaning can be optional.

Dust bin is specially designed with a large inclination Angle of 65°. At the same time, the valve is used between the hopper and dust bin for continuous dust discharge, which meets the relevant requirements of the national dust explosion-proof.

According to the installation site, can be equipped with explosion venting plate or flame-free explosion venting device, the required venting space according to the dust characteristics professional calculation, explosion venting plate or flame-free explosion venting device all are international famous brands.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

■ Dust and fumes are captured by the extractor arm or pipeline and enters the filter chamber under the power of the blower. When it passes through the horizontally placed cartridge, the particles are filtered and the clean air penetrates the filter material into the center of the cartridge, directly output indoor through the clean air chamber by blower.

■ With the accumulation of dust on the surface, the pressure difference will be gradually increased, which is directly shown in the magnehelic gauge. According to the instructions of magnehelic gauge, manual button pulse cleaning can be carried out to make the

dust on the surface of the cartridge fall off to the dust bin.
