INTRODUCTION THV-□EX series high vacuum dust collector is specially designed for dust hazardous area ZONE 22, can be used for variety of explosive dust collection and filtration.The filter chamber is made of SUS304, equipped with explosion-proof high pressure blower, antistatic filter cartridge, whole machine had been grounded. Explosion-proof valve is equipped between the filter chamber and dust bin. At the same time, according to the differentexplosive characteristics of dust and the requirements of dust collector installation position, match the explosion venting device, meet to your requirements for explosion-proof dust removal under various conditions.Dust cleaning and control system equipped with electromagnetic pulse valve, the entire electric control box is explosion-proof type.The dust collector is equipped with two HEPA filters as safety protection measures to ensure the efficient and safe operation.THV-800/1200EX series high vacuum dust collector is installed in the safety zone, for a variety of explosive dust collection and filtrationtreatment. The clean air flow is discharged through the upper clean room along the pipe and the blower indoor.
■ The dust collector is equipped with a sequential automatic pulse cleaning system, which can clean the filter cartridge at a set interval to keep the filter cartridge in good working condition.
