Product description This series of explosion proof vacuum cleaner are single phase electric operated, suitable for explosive dust environment in Zone 22, use to clean up and recycle of gunpowder, aluminum powder, magnesium powder and other explosive dust. Widely used in aerospace, military, chemical pharmaceutical, mechanical processing, metal 3D printing and other industries.
The immersion (bath) type of vacuum cleaner uses patented structure technology, making theexplosive dust be neutralized with the liquid in the recycle tank, such as water paraffin oil, mineral oil and so on. The principle of choosing neutralized liquid is stop mixture from producing explosive gases, high temperature, fire and other dangerous phenomenon.
This series explosion-proof vacuum cleaner is constructed by SUS304 material, with firm and reliable structure, ensuring the stable operation for a long time. Four HEPA filters, with minimum efficiency of 99.95% on 0.3 micron .The product is equipped with blower overload thermal protection (when filter is blocked).The product can also be equipped with suction negative pressure monitoring device and filter status indicator light as required.When the filter or hose is blocked, the blower will be shut off automatically and the red indicator will be on to ensure safe and explosion protection.
