Description

INTRODUCTION

Integrated overhead blower, built-in cyclone, can effectively produce high-speed cyclone, promote the separation of air and liquid, the circulating water tank has high and low level detection and alarm, low level automatic electromagnetic water supply, high level overflow port.

No filter without any blocking. No need to replace the filter material. Liquid can be recycled to use, less emission, constant air flow and dust removal effect.

High separation efficiency (for the concentration of dust less than 20mg/m³ after purification), HEPA module can be added at the emission port to reach a lower dust concentration.

Space saving, modular design, no secondary dust cloud, strong versatility.

Solve viscous, oily, wet dust treatment problems.

Can solve part of the highly active flammable and explosive dust problem or high temperature dust control problems.

* For use in cold areas, additional heating and insulation function of water tank should be considered to avoid freezing.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

■ Under the negative pressure of the blower, the dusty air enters the wet dust collector through a tangential venturi inlet.

■ The liquid is shot into the venturi inlet through a nozzle port. Under the action of venturi, the liquid atomization is fully mixed with the air stream, and the pollutants in the air stream are absorbed and captured. The liquid containing pollutants is separated from the air stream. The muddy sediment captured by the water settles into the circulating tank in layers.

■ The purified air is output through the blower.
