INTRODUCTION · 304 Stainless Steel Filtration Chamber
The filtration chamber is constructed from 304 stainless steel, equipped with an explosion-proof high-negative-pressure blower, anti-static filter cartridges, and whole-unit grounding. An explosion-proof airlock discharge valve is installed between the filtration chamber and the dust bin. Additionally, rupture discs or flameless venting devices with venting areas calibrated to dust explosion characteristics and installation location requirements are included, ensuring compliance with explosion-proof dust collection needs across diverse operating conditions.
· Whole-Unit Explosion-Proof
The pulse-jet cleaning system and control system are explosion-proof configured, featuring explosion-proof solenoid pulse valves and an explosion-proof electrical control cabinet.
· Secondary High-Efficiency Filter
A secondary high-efficiency filter is integrated as a safety measure to guarantee high-efficiency and safe operation of the entire system.

PHARMACEUTICALCHEMICAL PROJECTELECTRONICSWORKING PRINCIPLE ■ The dust flow enters the cylindrical filter chamber at high speed along the tangent direction, the larger particles fall into the dust bin and the fine dust is captured by the high efficiency filter material. The clean air flow is discharged through the upper clean room along the pipe and the blower indoor.
■ The dust collector is equipped with a sequential automatic pulse cleaning system, which can clean the filter cartridge at a set interval to keep the filter cartridge in good working condition.
